1. Digital Lab Photograph (in white background without any editing) of the applicant in JPEG or JPG format to be uploaded.
2. Size of the photographs and self-attested Date of Birth certificate should be less than 100 KB.(Make sure it should be clearly visible)
3. Valid E-mail ID and Mobile No.
4. Once you have saved the data you can’t edit STUDENT’S NAME, DATE OF BIRTH, FATHER’S NAME AND MOTHER’S NAME.
5. Against one e-mail id you can fill only one registration form.
6. It is requested to fill only one form, if you fill more than one form for the same child then you have to pay the registration amount once again.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING PROVISIONAL ADMISSION TO CLASS XI: 2024-25

1. Date of Birth
1. Please upload (self-attested)authentic Date of Birth Certificate issued by the Municipal Corporation, if any discrepancy found the registration form will be rejected.
2. Once you have entered Date of Birth no changes will be made in the future in any class after submission of form.
3. In case of Catholics / Christian
   1. A photocopy of Baptism certificate.
   2. A letter from their respective parish priest / pastors testifying to the membership of their parish.
2. Name and other particulars: Fill in the particulars of the student (i.e. name, parent’s name, date of birth) correctly. The date of birth filled in the form must tally with the one written in the DOB certificate. All names should be spelt correctly in capital letters as they will be required in all the legal papers and CBSE record of the candidate. No change whatsoever will be made after the admission to Class XI regarding Student Name, Father’s Name, Mother’s Name & DOB of the child.
3. Rejection of Forms: Incomplete registration forms and forms providing incorrect information will automatically stand rejected.
4. CAUTION: THE SCHOOL DOES NOT ACCEPT ANY DONATION FOR ADMISSION. PARENTS SHOULD BE AWARE OF THIRD PARTIES COLLECTING MONEY ON BEHALF OF THE SCHOOL AND MAKING FALSE CLAIMS OF PROCURING ADMISSION. IF THE PARENTS ENTER INTO ANY TRANSACTION WITH SUCH PARTIES, THEY WILL BE DOING SO AT THEIR OWN RISK AND THE SCHOOL SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR IT.

6. Acknowledge Receipt:
   NON Josephites:-
   Once the registration form is filled and registration fee is paid online, you will get username and password on your registered mobile and email id (within 48 hours). You can login and print Acknowledgement Receipt.
   Josephites:-
   Username and password will be sent on registered mobile and email id.
7. Entrance exam for Non Josephites will be conducted for the subject(s) as given below:

8. Result of the entrance test will be declared in online portal.
9. NON JOSEPHITES- Entrance exam will be held on 15th April at 10 am Kindly bring registration form along with you.
10. JOSEPHITES- Provisional admission date and time will be sent through SMS and Online portal. Kindly bring registration form along with you.
